Membership Agreement

Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç, located at Terazidere Mahallesi Manastır Caddesi No: 61/1 Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, conducting activities through ablukaonline.com.tr website (hereinafter referred to as "Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç").

Internet user who becomes a member of ablukaonline.com.tr website (referred to as "Member").

Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç holds no responsibility for unauthorized access to member data, software, and data damages during the use of www.ablukaonline.com.tr. The Member agrees not to claim compensation from Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç for any damages incurred due to using the website.

The Member agrees not to access others' software and data without permission. In case of violation, any legal and penal responsibility will belong solely to the Member.

Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç has the unilateral right to delete the Member's membership, files, documents, and information. The Member agrees to this action, and Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç holds no responsibility in such cases.

The software and design of ablukaonline.com.tr website are owned by Abluka Tekstil - Emrah Karakoç and are protected by relevant laws concerning intellectual property rights. These cannot be used, acquired, or altered without permission. Evidence in Case of Disputes

All computer records of ablukaonline.com.tr website will be considered the sole and authentic evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK) in disputes related to this agreement.

Sending Notifications

The Member, by accepting this membership agreement, consents to receiving informational emails to their email address and informational SMS messages to their mobile phone from www.ablukaonline.com.tr.

This agreement will remain in effect until the termination of the Member's membership or the termination by www.ablukaonline.com.tr. If the Member violates any clauses of this agreement, www.ablukaonline.com.tr reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

In case of disputes related to this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

By registering for membership, the Member acknowledges reading all clauses of the membership agreement and accepts them. Thus, this agreement comes into force immediately upon the member joining.
